The procedure for calculating the ELFA membership fee in 2023-2024
(proposal for the general meeting)
The ELFA membership fee is calculated as follows:
When calculating the ELFA membership fee for a member, the member’s sales turnover of the previous financial year is taken as a basis.
There are 5 groups for calculating the membership fee:
- Members with sales turnover up to EUR 1 mil. (incl.) membership fee EUR 650
- Members with sales turnover up to EUR 5 mil. (incl.) membership fee EUR 900
- Members with sales turnover up to EUR 10 mil. (incl.) membership fee EUR 1,500
- Members with sales turnover up to EUR 20 mil. (incl.) membership fee EUR 2,200
- Members with sales turnover over EUR 20 mil. membership fee EUR 3,500
- ELFA membership fee for an associate member (does not provide logistics services) EUR 650
- ELFA membership fee discount for a new member in the first year: 50% of the membership fee amount.
- The discount does not apply to existing members.
- The new member discount is a one-time discount for each company.
The membership fee is collected quarterly, as a ¼ of the annual membership fee, or with an annual invoice all at once.
In order to calculate the amount of the membership fee, members must report their sales turnover of the previous financial year to the head of ELFA by February 1. The data must be included in the activity statistics form and must be submitted electronically on the basis of the corresponding notice sent out by ELFA.
The management board of ELFA has the right to adjust the amount of a member’s fee in accordance with the member’s actual financial reports.
