Valgamaa Kutseõppekeskus was established on 1 September 1999 when the Helme and Valga Vocational Schools were merged into one state educational institution under the administration of the Ministry of Education and Research. The school buildings and dormitory of the Valgamaa Kutseõppekeskus form a modern study campus.
The logistics course is open to graduates of both primary and secondary schools.
