Silsteve AS. SILSTEVE is a multifunctional terminal in the Port of Sillamäe, located in the immediate vicinity of the railway and road highways, just 25 km from the border between the European Union and Russia. The port of Sillamäe is a new and developing deep-water port and is navigable all year round. The port is a control type I free zone, which allows the transfer of goods with 0% VAT and the storage of non-EU goods transiting through Estonia, optimizing the payment of taxes and the implementation of trade policy measures. SILSTEVE also operates customs warehouses and a customs terminal outside the free zone.
